Bitfinex Boosts Stablecoin Capabilities with Plasma Blockchain Integration
Bitfinex, a leading global exchange, has integrated the trading view Plasma blockchain architecture for USDT0 transactions, enhancing its stablecoin capabilities and cross-chain compatibility. This move, announced on September 26, 2025, follows the recognition of Plasma's scalability and focus on stablecoin payments.

Bitfinex has evolved into a full-service trad platform, offering advanced trading tools, peer-to-peer financing, OTC markets, and margin trading across a wide range of digital tokens. The integration of Plasma enhances USDT0's flexibility and accessibility, complementing other supported networks like Optimism, Ink, and Arbitrum.
Bitfinex has introduced support for deposits and withdrawals of USDT0 on the Plasma network as of September 26, 2025. Anoush Bhasin, Head of Listings at Bitfinex, noted that the introduction of Plasma integration demonstrates the platform's commitment to scalability and efficiency in stablecoin transactions. USDT0, governed by the USDT0 Consortium and utilizing the OFT standard, is positioned as a critical player in the digital asset economy.
