Besra Gold Inc. (ASX: BEZ, OTC: BESAF) has announced its 2025 Annual General and Special Meeting (AGM) to be held on 16 December 2025, with a record date set for 4 November 2025. The meeting will include the re-election of directors, with nominations closing on 16 November 2025.
The AGM will take place on 16 December 2025, with Australian time applied. For our Canadian shareholders, the meeting will occur on 15 December 2025. The record date for attendance and voting is 4 November 2025.
