Bird & Bird already has a strong presence in the region, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, and operates in Singapore as ATMD Bird & Bird. The strategic alliances with NSMP and K&K Advocates are new developments in Bird & Bird's expansion plans.
These alliances support Bird & Bird’s strategy of expanding in key jurisdictions through trusted partnerships rather than direct offices. This approach allows for seamless cross-border legal services and enhanced market penetration in Indonesia.
