The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a 11-member service team, ensuring excellent customer service quality, and resolving complex customer inquiries. You will coordinate team workflows, support customer relationship development, and contribute to service process improvements.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have initial experience in individual customer advice, ideally in multimedia direct customer care. Relevant experience in customer service or banking, leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with banking software and processes are essential. A completed banking apprenticeship or comparable qualification is often required.
