Accolade and Conseq Acquire Custom-Built Warehouse for Leading Aluminium Systems Manufacturer

Accolade, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, and its partner Conseq, have announced the acquisition of the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility from 7R. This build-to-suit (BTS) warehouse was specifically developed to cater to the requirements of its tenant, Aluprof, one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades.

The facility, located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, offers over 20,000 square metres of production and office space, tailored to Aluprof’s operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics functions. The building was designed to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment according to Aluprof’s functional and technological specifications.

Aluprof is part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operating in more than 50 markets worldwide. With nearly 3,000 employees, the company has production sites both in Poland and internationally.

Accolade manages a portfolio of 62 industrial parks across eight countries in Europe, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The acquisition of the BTS facility marks another strategic investment for the group.

The legal advisory for the acquisition was provided by the Warsaw-based global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. The legal team was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz and included counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, and associates Karol Truszkowski and Wojciech Jaskulak.
